2. Description of Services

PaceDraft provides two primary services:

  • Informational Content: Blog articles and guides related to visas and immigration.
  • AI Document Generator: A free-to-use (or pay-per-use) tool that utilizes OpenAI and Google Gemini to assist users in structuring and writing formatting-specific drafts for Schengen Cover Letters, SOPs, and NOCs. We do not offer account creation; the tool is used on a per-session basis.

3. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

Because PaceDraft does not require an account, you are solely responsible for your usage of the tool during your session. You agree NOT to:

  • Input maliciously crafted prompts designed to bypass the safety filters of our AI providers (OpenAI and Google Gemini).
  • Use the tool to generate fraudulent, deceptive, or forged documents intended to mislead embassies or immigration authorities.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access our APIs or mass-generate documents.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All blog articles, website design, text, and graphics on pacedraft.com belong to PaceDraft and are protected by copyright laws. You may not republish our articles without permission.
  • Your Generated Documents: You retain full rights to the final documents generated during your session. PaceDraft claims no ownership over the outputs created from your specific inputs.

5. Limitation of Liability PaceDraft is provided “as is.” Because we do not store your data, if your browser crashes or you accidentally close the tab before saving your generated document, the data is lost forever, and PaceDraft cannot recover it for you. Furthermore, PaceDraft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including visa rejections, travel delays, or financial losses—arising from your use of our AI tool or reliance on our blog articles.
